Hughes, Inc. is an insurance agency engaged in the business of writing property and casualty insurance, life insurance, health and group health plans, automobile insurance, and other insurance related services. The company was established as a sole proprietorship commercial lines agency in 1934. The corporation was then formed in 1960 and currently maintains licenses to transact insurance related services in New Jersey and approximately twenty other states.
